Welcome to Bar In A Flash, the flashcard supplement to aid in your preparation for the California First Year Law Students’ Examination (“Baby Bar”). The Baby Bar is structured to test examinees’ ability to analyze issues within three areas of law: Contracts, Criminal Law, and Torts. To succeed, examinees must identify the relevant issues and apply the facts to the law, a task which requires that the legal rules and elements be solidly committed to memory.

Do you feel you have a firm grasp on most of the law, but need to focus on one particular subject? No problem – Bar In A Flash cards are priced individually, so you can order only the subjects you need, or the Baby Bar Package at a discount. If you later find yourself wishing you’d ordered the full Baby Bar Package, just let us know you are a previous customer*, and we’ll discount the price of previously purchased subjects from the Baby Bar Package price**.
